...Looking back from last year to this, what changes! Sea change! From vicissitudes in life, love, finances, career to NOW!
I am so grateful that the current reversal of fortune has filled my life with blessings, luck, and SERENDIPITY! Since I left Key West, it seems (in retrospect) like a tsunami has swept everything out of my life and made space for new creation. A tsunami is a rather terrifying (for humans) ecological event that affects living beings and their surroundings. In that empty, decimated space, you can rebuild better than it was before, or go back to the same old inefficient structures. A physical, emotional, spiritual reset button.
Although I do not revel in The Circumstance from two years back; that Mistake that caused the earth to buckle underneath me--the force of that tremor radiating outward into the crushing blow of a vicissitudinal wave it became--
And once again, I ride the crest of the wave, and the view is gorgeous: it's warm, relaxing, and full of laughter, creativity, Hygge, health and well-being, security, connection and love, and passé temps!
And when I look down through clear waters, I see the bottom, knowing I will be there again; tumbling among sharp corals. I can see the same view though muddled, and will allow. I am grateful for connection, health, Hygge, creativity, security, and passé temps...especially the dancing part!
I am grateful for people who make music and have mind-visions that result in beats and rhythms that grab me up off my seat!! Dance Dance Dance! I am grateful for friends who share the same passions for music and dance. I am grateful for the opportunities to dance and live in ATX where I can watch so many great bands.
