Today I'm grateful that I visualize! I have my alarm set to remind me to stop whatever I'm doing to take a visualization break; so I looked up at my wheel of contentment --which is a pictorial of positive things I would like in my life---One of them is to ride my bike again. I envisioned myself riding my bike in the past and feeling how good that felt, and then I decided that instead of having my bike helmet stuck up in a shelf in the closet, I should have it out here ! I can look at it every day! So I got up, brought it out, and now it's going to sit on my side bar so that I can look at it as a reminder that soon I will be riding my bike again!
