Today, I'm feeling grateful for a sense of security and learning how to direct my energy usage. I'm learning in Qi Gong to re-collect my energies when I'm finished with the task--whether that is Qi Gong practice, or exercise, or work, or whatever --to which I've been giving my attention. I was also listening to a talk/guided meditation on security, and it made me think: "I'm grateful for the time of insecurity this past year because it's given me the understanding that I need to find that security with in me, because it may never be available frm outside sources; from any other source other than myself".
...is practicing gratitude every day for 365 days. Began on April 22, 2016, let's see how life changes over the course of this next year!
