I thought a lot about what I have to be grateful for, as I lay panting between poses in Bikram this morning. First of all, that I get to go to Bikram is one! I so grateful to have Bikram classes available, plus they are right around the corner, and I get to ride my bike to the studio! I am grateful for my healthy body: my wrist is healing, my finger is better, and my neck pain is diminishing. I'm getting stronger and more flexible with each class. I know that soon I will be able to ride long distances on my bike again, as well as return to rock climbing! My repro system seems to be back in order; I feel "normal" again, my energy level has returned, symptoms diminished! Yay!
I'm grateful that I have the time and money to attend classes!
I'm so grateful to be back in Austin with friends and family! I love spending time with my friends and family, and seeing people I haven't seen for waaaay tooooo looong! I'm really looking forward to seeing friends and family in San Antonio I haven't seen... (hit "read more" button)
