"I AM ALWAYS CAPABLE, WHEN I PERMIT MYSELF TO BE."
What does this statement mean to you?
For me, it means *remembering* and *owning* that I AM capable, tossing out thoughts of self-doubt, remembering *who I am* and *how far I've come* in life. It also means being aware of self-sabotaging actions or detrimental patterns, and taking action to change those!
Both are challenging! It means changing my thoughts about myself from positive to negative and then changing behaviors as well. It's a process, but I can do it! Know why?
BECAUSE I AM A CAPABLE, COMPETENT WOMAN!
