It's Tuesday, and I feel like my body has finally relaxed, and that my mind is trying to follow suit. I went for a run/walk yesterday, and felt fine all day, and also feel good this morning! Although I'm still drinking coffee in the AM, so it's a bit hard to differentiate the energy source, it seems that I got a bit of an endorphin pick up yesterday after the run.
Excluding yesterday, when I indulged in some 한국 음식 (Korean Snacks), I've been keeping my calorie count low, between 1300-1400 kcals per day, yet still enjoying the food I am eating and not depriving myself with a "diet". I've exercised daily, in some form, from asana, to Qi Gong, to weight lifting, to walking, to running. I know this one particular aspect is a prime mover for inner and outer change, increasing Qi, and feeling better on all levels. The key for me personally is to maintain balance and moderation in exercise and not overdo it to the point that I use up too much energy, instead of building my energy supply. What I'm visualizing is feeling good and increasing my energy so that I can maintain consistency when school starts again. That's the biggest challenge, is maintaining enough energy to exercise during the week. I know that if I can retain my psychic and emotional energy reserves, I will have the excess physical energy I require to maintain physical health and well-being. It's all connected; it's a matter of management.

Today I will engage in my morning yoga routine and practice the new Qi Gong moves. I'm also going to do some research and study for the concall I have for a potential professional development course I am considering for school. There will be a few mundanities to complete during the day, but one I look forward to is preparing 고사리 and 명치 반찬 Gosari and Myeolchi side dishes for my rice 밥 and noodle 면 dishes. I'm also going to attempt to make 짜장면! 맛있어요!
